Criteria to List Your Business

To create a positive experience for sewing students, to list your business on Stitch Study, you must:

  • Have a website. A Facebook or social media profile does not qualify as a website, as information is difficult to find on a social media profile and the user is often asked to log in to view the profile.
  • Post class information on your website. The website should share information about the classes you offer, including how to sign up and where you are located (for in-person lessons).
  • Post class information regularly. Users should be able to find information about classes no matter when they visit your site. The Classes page on your website should not be blank. If you are in between classes, share when the next one will be scheduled.
  • Make class information accessible. Class listings should be easy to find on your website.

Nationwide chains with more than 10 locations will not be listed. Our site seeks to highlight small businesses and sewing teachers who offer students the best experience possible.
